Cabinets
- How do I insert a kitchen sink into a cabinet?

How do I show dashed shelves in elevation?
Within the Appearance > Hidden Lines tab of the Cabinet Settings, check the box for "Show as dashed lines in Sections and Elevation"

How to I show simple/detailed cabinets in plan?
Within Model View Options > Cadimage Cabinets modify the images to suit you particular display.

I can't find any Cadimage Cabinets in the Object Tool.
Cadimage Cabinets is now a seperate Tool, and needs to be added to your Tool Box, through your Work Environment.
Coverings
- How do I add downpipes?
- How do I attach a Covering to a wall?
- One or more wall Coverings look weird in plan and 3D.

Where have the Accessories gone?
For ArchiCAD 14, Accessories have been renamed to Coverings and are now located in the Cadimage pulldown menu.

Why won't my Roof Covering show in 3D?
You need to set your Roof to Outlines Only in the Floor Plan Display.
Detail Elements
- I've installed Detail Elements but can't see it in the Tool Box.

Where has the Show/Hide editing Aids command gone?
This command is no longer required. Simply select the Cadimage Reinforcing Starter Detail Element and the editing aids will show.
Doors+Windows
Extrusions

I've changed the material, fill & pens of my profile but the model hasn't changed.
Select the Profile in the interactive image and click on the inject button.

I've created a profile but when I try to select it to use, it doesn't appear in the list.
When creating the profile make sure you select the correct type. e.g. if you are creating a Steel profile choose a Steel profile type. Then when you want to select the profile to use, make sure you are using a Steel profile and use the Generic option.
Keynotes

I've just upgraded my Mac, and can't edit my Keynotes in Excel.
Microsoft removed components from newer versions of Excel for Mac. You can only edit Keynotes in Excel 2004.

When I double click on a note in the Keynote Palette why doesn't it set up my Label?
You need to set the Keynotes Palette mode to Independent Label before double clicking on a Keynote.

I've placed my plants but they are all hovering above the mesh, can I fix this?
Yes, use the Adjust to Mesh command. http://help.cadimagetools.com/nz/#lst--plant-3d-models

Why doesn't my building envelope extend to the boundary in Sections?
Within the Boundary Object Setings, go to Envelope and untick 'Apply yard cut in 3D'
Stairs
- How do I attach a Railing to my Stair?
- How do I get options such as flight type, reference line position, etc. into the info box?

How to I get rid of the 'Editable' text?
You need to Assemble the Stair. Select a piece of the Stair, go to the Cadimage pulldown menu, select Stairs > Assemble Stair.
- I can't see a Railing tool in the ArchiCAD Toolbox. What should I do?
